1. Promoter
The promoter is the Consumer Council for Water (CCW) (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Sign-up is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3. How to sign up
To sign up, participants must complete the form by providing their name and email address.
Only one sign-up per person is permitted.

4. Purpose of data collection
By signing up, participants agree to receive email communications from CCW, including water-saving tips, advice, news, and related updates.

5. Data protection
Personal data provided (name and email address) will be used for the purpose of managing newsletter subscriptions and sending relevant communications.

Participants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in all emails.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

6. Liability
The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the proper handling of personal data but accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised access beyond its control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes to these terms
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be made available on the relevant sign-up page.

8. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
